Stemming from a question of why some places have revolutions and others don’t, & Now We… (working title) will be a large scale participatory performance centred around themes of community, togetherness and mass movement. As part of the development of this piece, Josie & Linzy are testing out a new percussion workshop, and they're looking for participants to take part and perform as part of GIFT.
The workshop will take place at St Mary’s Heritage Centre from 10-12pm on Sunday 4th May.
There is an opportunity to perform in a sharing based on activities from the workshop as part of Starter for Ten at St Mary’s Heritage Centre on the same evening at 7.30pm (Sunday 4th May)
You do not need any previous experience in drumming, percussion or performance.
Participation is free. Age Guidance 14+
